About the Role: Being part of the beverage leadership team operations at our iconic Skybar, you'll navigate a fast-paced, dynamic environment that demands precision, creativity, and resilience. This is not a position for the faint-heartedit's challenging, but the rewards are unparalleled. Responsibilities:

• Consistently prepare and serve drinks according to standard recipes.
• Interact with customers, take orders, and provide excellent service.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with daily stock counts and ordering.
• Leadership and development of a beverage team.
• Recruitment and training of new team members
• Able to handle guest feedback to make improvements to the business.

Qualifications:

• 3-4 years of experience working in a fast-paced bar environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Good knowledge of international cocktails.
