Accountabilities:
Partner Management
- Develop and manage a network of existing/new strategic partners (accreditation bodies, industry leaders, knowledge partners).
- Identify and build effective business models with strategic business partnerships (accreditation bodies/knowledge partners/industry leaders) to support organisational strategies and objectives.
- Establish Memorandum of Understanding (MoUs) to formalize partnerships.
- Ensure partners contribute effectively to learning product development.
- Track partner performance and manage expectations.
- Incorporate partner feedback to improve collaboration and outcomes.
Product Development Oversight
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive portfolio of products and services for learners (both SIMA and SIM GE) in alignment with the strategic objectives of SIM Group.
- Build internal and external networks for a constant flow of market intelligence that contribute to the overall success of product and service offerings through insights.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, faculty, instructional designers, and partners to design, develop, and update the product roadmap continuously.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of courseware development projects, ensure adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budgetary constraints.
Collaboration with SIMA/SIMGE
- Foster collaboration with SIMA and SIMGE sales, product and services, and academic teams.
- Initiate close engagement with SIMA's Sales and Product & Services teams to ensure alignment and coordination across the organization.
Reporting and Analytics
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytical frameworks.
- Evaluate the effectiveness and impact of initiatives within SIM businesses.
- Conduct ongoing analysis of local and global industry trends, government initiatives, and regulatory changes.
- Inform strategic recommendations based on analysis.
- Utilize insights to identify enhancement opportunities for products and services.
- Ensure offerings meet the evolving needs of learners.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in education, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
2. At least 5 years of experience in product management, program development, or related roles in the Continuous Education and Training sector, with a focus on adult learners. Any relevant experience in Green or Care Economies will be an advantage.
3. Strong understanding of the adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and emerging trends in Continuous Education and Training.
4. Familiarity with funding regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and quality assurance processes in the continuous education and training sector is desirable.
5. Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset, analytical prowess, and the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.
6. Results-oriented with a focus on driving performance, innovation, and continuous improvement in product portfolio management.
7. Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects, cross-functional teams, and stakeholder relationships in a dynamic environment.
8. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools experience with learning management systems (LMS) and digital content platforms is a plus.
10. Ability to work in an agile environment.
