About the Team
The GA&A team is a strategic and consultative partner to the largest brands and advertising holding companies in the world. We help them develop powerful advertising strategies to grow their businesses leveraging TikTok's integrated suite of advertising products. The Global Creative Lab, GA&A work collaboratively with key accounts and agencies, and in-house creative teams to inspire creativity and advance TikTok-first thinking. Our creative team is based in NA, Europe and APAC.

About the Role
The ideal candidate is not only a skilled marketer, but is first and foremost a visionary strategist. They are a gifted storyteller, with the ability to concept creative ideas with brand objectives and target consumers in mind. They have an appetite for learning, and are comfortable working outside their primary skill set and comfort zone.

You will possess a deep understanding of TikTok as a daily user and what makes TikTok unique. What holds the audience's attention and makes for a great experience. As a Lead Creative, you'll be responsible for setting the overall strategic direction for all TikTok specific content creation. Collaborate directly with brands, creative agencies and in-house creatives to guide TikTok-first thinking in the development of ad creatives and give strategic and creative notes, evaluating copy and visuals from an audience-first perspective.

You'll work collaboratively across teams to create top-performing ads, drive creative decision-making, and grow revenue for paid media accounts. You will be able to bring together quantitative and creative insights into high-impact creative decisions that lead to revenue growth opportunities. You can also develop and present effective strategies with clear takeaways & creative guidance. You will also analyze and interpret creative performance data to draw conclusions.

The successful candidate will be autonomous, organized, and a great multitasker. Having strong project & time management skills and are proactive in communicating with teammates and cross-functional partners. It will be critical that you ensure all efforts map back to and align with overarching marketing strategy and business goals/objectives.

Responsibilities
- Concept creative ideas that result in effective, breakthrough communication
- Able to conceptualize a full funnel creative framework that brings to life the potential of an advertising campaign on TikTok using our ad products
- Help clients understand how to create for TikTok. Educate and inspire all internal and external partners on TikTok creative possibilities. You do this in many ways: real-time consultation on creative strategies, workshops, best practices, trends presentations, and more.
- Partner with clients and agencies to develop best in class advertising on TikTok
- Be flexible and skilled in presenting to clients both virtual and in person, adapting for Global teams and nuances
- Multi-task across simultaneous projects and deadlines, collaborating with appropriate team members
- Facilitate brainstorms - towing the line between creative expression and brand realities
- Demonstrate creative thought leadership, keeping ahead of trends and providing proactive inspiration and recommendations
- Understand ad product benefits, capabilities, and features that translates to creative recommendations and best practices for clients.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- 7-9 years in a creative or creative strategy role
- Located in APAC
- Experience within a top tier creative agency, brand creative group or a creative role within a technology company

Preferred Qualifications:
- Passion for TikTok, the power of the platform, its communities, and the creative possibilities it can unlock
- Strong grasp on culture, with a keen understanding of what is relevant and an eye for upcoming trends
- Excellent written and verbal communicator, with the ability to solve for complex business problems through compelling creative strategies, breakthrough creative ideas, and engaging presentations
