Lead Database Administrator/Oracle DBA- Contract/Non Hybrid

• Oversee the Oracle database administration team, ensuring efficient management of all database operations.
• Manage the installation, configuration, and upgrading of Oracle databases and tools.
• Ensure the security and integrity of databases by implementing backup and recovery solutions.
• Monitor database performance and optimize SQL queries for better efficiency.
• Coordinate with development teams to assist in database design and support for application development.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex database-related issues.
• Implement and maintain database patching, updates, and upgrades.
• Establish and enforce database standards, procedures, and best practices.
• Lead capacity planning and database scalability efforts.
• Provide mentorship and training to junior DBAs and support their development.

Requirement

• Minimum Bachelors Degree holder
• 10 years of working experience
• Must have good experience on Oracle database administration
• Must have lead experience.
• Experience in Oracle RAC, DG, Replication, Backup and Recovery, Performance Tunning, OEM
• Good Communications
• Able to multi task
