Position Overview
This role is to support the NGEMR project and operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage a team of system engineer to support system KTLO and day to day operational activities.
- Responsible for making sure that service are being seamlessly delivered, on track and effective.
- Leading team, rectifying issues, monitoring progress.
- Manage stakeholder's expectation.
- Maintaining good relationship with users.
- Define operational and project tasks and resource requirements and to achieve optimal resource utilization.
- Track operation tasks and project deliverables.
- Implement process improvements to reduce development time.
- Present reports and project updates to stakeholders on a regular basis.
Requirements
- Experienced in service delivery, operation support and IT infrastructure.
- Degree in IT or any related discipline
- At least 4 years experience in project implementation, virtualization technology and clustering & server hardening.
- Good problem solving and negotiation skills.
- Ability to effectively manage operational teams.
- Experienced in planning and implementing service delivery process.
- ITIL certified.
