Mission Description:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of ETL processes using Talend.
- Collaborate with data architects, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and ensure data integrity.
- Develop and maintain ETL workflows to support data integration, data warehousing, and business intelligence initiatives.
- Optimize ETL processes for performance and scalability.
- Mentor and guide junior ETL developers, providing technical leadership and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues, ensuring data quality and consistency.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in ETL and data integration technologies.
Profile Requirement:
- Over 5 years of experience in ETL development with a strong focus on Talend.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with various databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL).
- Posess experience in migration Project.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of developers.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
