We are looking for a Leadership and Behavioural Trainer / Facilitator with a robust background in Banking sales, as they will be able to effectively apply their practical knowledge to training delivery. The facilitator will be required to deliver consultative selling and stakeholder management training to mid and senior-level staff for one of our clients in Banking Industry.
Responsibilities:
Deliver simulation-based training sessions on consultative selling and stakeholder management to mid to senior-level sales staff in Banking Industry.
Utilize real-life examples and case studies to enhance learning and provide practical insights.
Adapt training materials to suit the specific needs and objectives of the client organization.
Engage participants through interactive activities and discussions to ensure active participation and learning retention.
Provide constructive feedback and coaching to participants to help them develop and apply new skills effectively.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously improve training content and delivery methods.
Requirements:
Proven experience in delivering training programs related to consultative selling and stakeholder management within the BFSI sector.
Strong understanding of sales principles, customer relationship management, and key account management.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire participants.
Ability to adapt training content and delivery methods to suit the needs of diverse audiences.
Experience in facilitating simulation-based training programs is highly desirable.
Relevant certifications or qualifications in training and development are a plus.
