What you'll be doing:
Generate new meetings with potential clients across various industries
Be a top class ambassador for TLC, often being the first point of contact
Contribute significantly to TLC's growth plans
Key Responsibilities:
Outreach to prospective clients using phone, email, and social media
Conduct basic research on target sectors and companies
Utilize CRM system for timely and relevant client communication
Build and maintain a professional LinkedIn presence
Articulate TLC's solutions for customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty
Qualify leads and schedule meetings with our BD team
Address initial client concerns and objections
Maintain accurate records of client interactions
Ideal Candidate:
2+ years of telemarketing or sales experience
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Client-focused mindset with high emotional intelligence
Confidence, bounce back ability and self-motivated
Proficient in CRM systems and basic computer skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in Loyalty/Rewards/SaaS/Media sales is desirable
