Job Description:

• Manage the process of listing new assets to the platform, ensuring smooth integration and compliance by collaborating with product, legal, and compliance teams.
• Manage and enhance operational tools, aiming to increase efficiency and effectiveness through data analysis-driven improvements.
• Coordinate and support the execution of projects and initiatives within the company, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
• Conduct regular analysis of market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
