Title:
Lead Process Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
Lead Process Engineering and design, including process configuration and optimization studies
Perform Process simulations, prepare Process/Utility Flow Diagrams, Heat and Material Balance and Utility Balances
Create Piping and Instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs)
Develop Process equipment datasheets and instrument datasheets
Conduct relief and blowdown studies, analyze relief load scenarios and calculate flare network requirements
Perform process calculations for equipment sizing, line hydraulics and others
Prepare Process design philosophies and operating guides
Collaborate on Concept studies, Feasibility reports, Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) and detailed design projects
Job Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering
Possess at least 15 years of experience
Good experience on LNG terminals and offshore/onshore Oil & Gas projects
Leadership experience in managing process teams for Hydrocarbon projects
In-depth understanding of process design, heat and material balance and P&IDs
Preference given to candidates with Lead Engineer experience
Familiarity with international codes and standards, software and tools
