This is an opportunity to join the government sector as a Lead Product Manager (Mobile App). As product manager, the role aim is to enable users to navigate digital services seamlessly. You will play a pivotal role as the lead mobile product manager for a mobile app, you will work with the functional product managers to deliver a delightful and consistent mobile UX/UI experience, the mobile access management experience to improve access to health transactions and records, as well as the omnichannel notification experience (native, messaging, email, web) to support national programmes and public notification and nudging initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define the product strategy and roadmap for the mobile app, CIAM as well as the omnichannel notification experiences, aligned with the overall vision and goals of programme.
- Oversee the mobile UX/UI experience and enhance the value proposition and positioning of the native app vs web.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to translate product requirements into detailed specifications, user stories, and prototypes in addition, to run POCs to test the viability of ideas
- Drive the end-to-end product development lifecycle
- Develop go-to-market strategies, messaging, and enablement materials, to drive product adoption and engagement
- Create compelling product demonstrations, presentations, and collateral for partner engagement
- Monitor product performance, user feedback, and industry trends to identify opportunities for product enhancements and updates
- Act as a product evangelist and engage with customers, partners, and industry experts to gather feedback, understand their needs, and validate product concepts
REQUIREMENTS
- Completed Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g. science, engineering, computer science)
- 7+ years as a product manager in a high-growth tech company or other relevant organization, or other relevant experience
- Prior exposure to CIAM products as well as notification mechanisms (native, mobile, email, web), design principles, and strategies will be beneficial
- Prior experience working with design teams and React.js
- Understanding of mobile native features - mobile deep linking and SDKs
- Experience with digital experience analytics tools like Google Analytics, Glassbox will be beneficial
