Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute user growth strategies, focusing on acquisition, conversion, and engagement.
- Lead a product growth team, working closely with tech, project management, and risk control to ensure high-quality feature delivery.
- Conduct user research and data analysis to optimize growth strategies for diverse user groups.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in growth or user-facing product roles (finance or e-commerce preferred).
- Strong product design, data-driven decision-making, and leadership skills.
- Chinese language skills required for communication with China based stakeholders
