Job Scope:
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams
- Provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle
- Allocate resources effectively, including personnel, materials, and equipment
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including specifications and progress reports
- Monitor project budgets and expenditures, identifying areas for cost savings
- Mentor and lead junior engineers and project staff
- Liaise with clients to address concerns and ensure satisfaction
- Evaluate project outcomes and processes for continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Engineering (Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical), Building Science, or Construction Management
- Proficient in AutoCAD, BIM Software (e.g., Revit), and Microsoft Project
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in the building construction industry
