Job Summary

An exciting opportunity for aLeadQuality Analyst (QA) play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and services for a leading client in the Insurance sector.

You will have the opportunity to drive the QA lifecycle, develop test strategies and lead the internal QA team and stakeholders.

Mandatory Skill-set

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, and / or a related field. Master's degree is a plus;
• At least5 years of experience in software quality assurance and proven work experience as a as aLeadand Quality Analyst;
• Should have familiarity withquality assurance methodologies, tools, and best practices;
• Experience in leading and managing a quality assurance team, including mentoring and providing guidance to team members;
• Ability to multi-task, proactive in project planning and requirements gathering;
• Solid knowledge of software development lifecycles and agile methodologies;
• Attention to detail and ability to resolve complex issues;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;

Desired Skill-set

• Experience in managing multiple work streams in digital implementation projects;
• Experience with Agile delivery methodology and Testing frameworks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for driving the software quality assurance lifecycle within the Agile process;
• Involved in designing and implementing test plans and test cases;
• Establish and coordinate test strategies with development/product team/vendor teams.
• Guide and instruct QA team members, helping them make decisions and solve problems;
• Review test results daily and report issues.
