Strategy
Identify, plan and implement differentiated and impactful client-focused marketing programs to drive revenue growth
Partner with senior stakeholders and business lines to support business planning and an aligned marketing strategy
Oversee marketing budget and ensure ROI
Understand and gather insights about our clients and prospects to inform go to market programs
Be an ambassador of the JLL brand
Partner closely with communications to deliver impactful leadership and employee communications
Growth
Work with Sector business leadership to develop digital demand generation programmes that improve margin and drive fee revenue for Data Centres, Logistics and Life Sciences.
Identify new innovative marketing methods to engage with clients and drive preference for JLL
Partner with sales and business teams to deliver campaigns that generate sales qualified leads
Drive the growth of our brand across the region and
Lead strategic, creative and targeted media and sponsorship initiatives in partnership with our PR teams
Content marketing and key content creation
Create engaging and relevant content which supports the business strategy
Work with Sector Research teams to drive key JLL research that will drive engagement and awareness for Sector Marketing Campaigns.
Work with the Sector Marketer and Content Marketer to ensure the Research piece leverages key Organic Marketing tactics and PR efforts to gain traction/intrest/leads for the Sectors - Multi-channel outputs including report production, creating microsites, video content and data visualization.
Responsible for planning and delivering top-tier regional and global research programs including developing toolkits for country-level activation.
Develop and oversee content platforms and campaigns for Sectors.
Identify and analyze audience requirements and ensure effective delivery via an appropriate mix of channels
Oversight and approval for content production for all campaign assets
Employee management
Manage a team of 2 - a content marketer and junior sector marketer
Ability to engage and foster a high performing team to measureable outcomes
Comfortable in coaching and developing employees to their full potential
Coordination and Alignment
Work with regional marketing teams to plan and execute global, firm-wide initiatives and embed these into the region, partnering closely with country marketing teams
Partner closely with country marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective roll out of marketing programs
Experience
10+ years experience in delivering integrated marketing campaigns, preferably in professional services environment
Strong experience in lead generation campaigns in B2B
Previous role working closely with and effectively partnering with senior business stakeholders
Excellent writing and communication skills are essential - native level English is important
Strong leadership skills and ability to foster and develop a high-performing team.
Ability to partner closely with teams across multiple time zones and cultures
Strong project management skills and a working style that is assertive and can bring projects to completion and meet defined objectives
Strong writing skills and ability to define and develop effective content programs with campaigns
Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and experience with Eloqua or similar marketing automation software
Highly skilled in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
