Lead Software Engineer - IBM IAM Products (PRIT)

Job Purpose

You will be the technology subject matter expert (SME) for IAM solution. You are responsible for designing and implementing IAM system changes that will meet business requirements as well as ensuring system stability and resiliency.

Job Requirement

• Work with team (both internal staff and external vendors) on providing solutions to a myriad of new SSO capabilities to support the existing and new digital initiatives.
• Take responsibility in all matters related to SSO application design and implementation.
• Perform day-to-day operations, support, patching and IAM administration.
• Develop and implement the necessary enhancements related end-to-end IAM solutions.
• Involve in all the project and activities related to IAM including preparation of technical presentation with Business and IT stakeholders.
• Work with Project Manager to schedule & prioritise project and/or BAU tasks.
• Work with Business Analysts to confirm business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Maintain the completeness of all technical and architectural documentations and ensure that they are updated.
• Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
• Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
• Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.
