Job Description
Sprinklr is looking for an CCaas experienced Lead Senior Solutions Consultant who will partner with Sales on our enterprise and mid-market accounts. Lead Senior Solutions Consultant are instrumental in the sales cycle, bringing their technical and industry expertise to create compelling solutions for customers.
As a Lead Senior Solutions Consultant you will partner with Sales to uncover a customer's current and future states and their goals in order to best position Sprinklr's solutions. You are a strong communicator who can develop compelling presentations that illustrate Sprinklr's business value to customers at all levels. You understand how Sprinklr can fit into a customer's technology stack and the common use cases we can support across systems.
Job Requirements
- Fluency in Korean and English (Mandatory)
- Act as key contact in creation, presentation, demonstration, and maintenance of content specific to sales efforts.
- Prepare and execute the sales processes including Technical Discovery, Live Demonstrations, Technical Validation, Pilot seeding, Hand-over to services.
- Coordinate and manage customer communications for all technical related aspects.
- Liaise with the Product and Implementation teams for technical validation, roadmap, and account vision alignment.
- Work directly with customers to educate them on the full functionality of the Sprinklr platform through:
- Participating in meetings with the sales team to understand prospects current and future states, identify a fit for Sprinklr in their business and answer questions about our products and services.
- Collaborate in account strategy.
- Performing live demonstrations.
- Conducting hands-on workshops.
- Assist sales team in creating responses to RFIs and RFPs from major clients and prospects.
- Frequent travel and participation in industry events and customer-facing meetings.
Skills & Competencies
- You've got 5+ years of experience in a presales role at a SaaS company. We are customer-obsessed

- You've been successful in selling value for customer care, service, CCaas, Contact Centre Achieve outstanding results
- You're familiar with Omni-channel engagement, Contact Centre (Voice and Digital), Conversational AI, WFM, Speech Analytics & Automated Quality Management, Case Management, CRM Set high standards
- You're methodical and meticulous in your approach, preparation and execution Never Ever Give Up
