KT is a group of experts within respective fields or areas providing industry, functional and geographic expertise to consulting teams. KT members are aligned to Practice Areas, sometimes serving as members of case or project teams. KT offers insight into a topic or function derived from BCG's knowledge base and case/project experience. The members of our DRS team work alongside consulting team colleagues to bring advanced research capabilities to support projects and clients. KCS team is a cross-functional team equipping BCGers with internal and external knowledge resources and digital collaboration tools, enabling them to work smarter and with increased productivity
What You'll Do
As Lead Trainer of the Digital Transformation & Change Management (DTCM) and Digital Growth & Innovation (DGI) programs within RISE, you will play a leading role in developing, scaling up and delivering high quality training in reskilling and upskilling across Asia Pacific and driving the curriculum & content development on core digital topics including Emerging Technology, Design Thinking, Digital Transformation and Change Management.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Act as the product owner for the Digital Transformation & Change Management and Digital Growth & Innovation programs, taking full accountability for achieving key program metrics, including survey scores and overall program success.
- Manage a team of external and internal trainers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality training sessions and maintaining a strong focus on excellence in program execution.
- Lead the creation and enhancement of curriculum content to ensure it remains relevant, market-driven, and innovative.
- Conduct and lead training sessions in core subject areas, ensuring exceptional quality and effectiveness.
- Guide students in the development of real-world projects within the digital transformation domain, ensuring their projects demonstrate their capabilities and align with client requirements and industry standards.
- Researching content and industry trends to ensure that content is relevant and appealing
- Provide mentorship and coaching to junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development within the organization.
- Support overall business development efforts for BCG U.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelors degree preferably in an IT, Business or People & Organization related discipline.
- Minimum 7 years of experience for lead trainer or 10 years of experience for principal trainer in digital transformation/technology/design thinking topics with past training or facilitation experience.
- Consulting and client facing experience in the context of digital transformation is preferred.
- Very strong communication skills.
- Expert in agile ways of working and teaching these topics, preferred but not required: Agile Scrum Master Certification.
- Preferred but not required: Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA)/Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) Certification from Institute of Adult Learning (IAL).
