Provides assistance and work direction to crew members, ensuring compliance to departmental standards including grooming standards
Assists with training new and current crew members
Maintains routine records such as lead observations, daily operating reports, ride/show quality reports, time keeping sheets, scheduling requests, crew member availability and other paperwork as assigned
Attend to guest concerns and ensure appropriate resolution of the matter in the Park
Ensure the park readiness to enhance guest experience
Requirements
GCE N/ O Levels/ ITE Certificate/ Diploma in Tourism or any other relevant discipline.
Operations experience is an advantage.
Able to perform shift work, and willing to work during evenings, weekends and public holidays.
Able to stand for long hours and work in an environment where there can be hot, humid and wet weather
