Design and develop new online and offline courses, including video editing, and update existing courses for digitization.
Track employees training progress and results using the LMS, and manage training records for both Singapore and overseas.
Assist in updating SOPs and manuals monthly and provide support in organizing and facilitating training sessions/workshops.
Report work progress to the superior weekly and assist the assistant manager with tasks and branch inspections.
Consolidate monthly evaluation reports (Hall, Roast, Kitchen) and create the training calendar.
Collaborate with overseas trainers to provide materials and conduct franchisee operation training and restaurant audits.
Handle ad-hoc projects and tasks related to people growth and development.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Training-related field or over 2 years of working experience.
Bilingual proficiency in both Chinese and English is a MUST, with strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
Proven track record of teaching groups of 30+ students, with at least 10 courses delivered across both offline and online platforms is added advantage.
Expertise in independently creating exam content, developing new course materials, and managing student records.
Skilled in video production and editing (please provide examples of previous work).
Proficient in Microsoft Office and at least one video editing software, with demonstrable outcomes.
A highly positive attitude, strong emotional intelligence, and a problem-solving mindset, able to execute tasks assigned by management effectively.
