Training Program Development: Design, develop, and implement effective training programs and materials that address the needs of various departments and align with organizational objectives.
Needs Assessment: Conduct training needs assessments through surveys, interviews, and performance evaluations to identify skill gaps and development needs.
Program Management: Manage the end-to-end training process, including scheduling, logistics, and evaluation of training effectiveness.
Content Creation: Develop engaging training content, including presentations, e-learning modules, and interactive activities.
Facilitation: Deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars, utilizing various instructional techniques and technologies.
Vendor Management: Coordinate with external training providers and consultants to enhance in-house training capabilities.
Evaluation and Reporting: Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics; provide reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Collaboration: Partner with department heads and managers to identify specific training needs and support career development plans for employees.
Talent Development: Support the development of leadership and high-potential employees through targeted development programs and career planning.
Requirements:
Diploma in any discipline
Proven experience (3+ years) in learning and development, training, or a related HR role.
Strong understanding of instructional design principles and learning management systems (LMS).
Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
Ability to analyze data and generate reports to assess training effectiveness.
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with e-learning platforms.
