Job Description:

Manage learning resources and budget associated with the job family. Explore untapped potential on learning reports and analytics.

Maintain oversight of the L&D funding programmes and schemes. These include managing the budget and application processes, as well as measuring the deliverables and impact of the programmes and schemes. Manage MOH funded schemes including Health Manpower Development Plan and MOH-Inservice Scholarship & Sponsorship, aligned to approved implementation approach. Be the officer in-charge of managing the sponsorship processes, claims and audit matters pertaining to the funded schemes.

Stay abreast and take bold steps to explore and apply new learning and development practices, technology, tools and approaches.

Lead and Implement culture change initiatives to reinforce Core Values, learning and Innovation.

Job Requirements: Min Degree in Human Resources / Business or similar w min 5 yrs of relevant L&D managerial experience, preferably in healthcare/public sector
