Our client, a renowned developer , has an opportunity for a Winner to join the Team as a Lease Management Assistant Manager (Data Analytics).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare monthly and ad-hoc management reports for strategic planning.
• Provide data support during meetings and for ad-hoc requests.
• Assist in digital transformation and process improvement projects.
• Submit and analyze gross sales turnover, rental income, and occupancy cost reports.
• Conduct annual lease audits, manage arrears, and oversee tenant-related functions.
• Update system data, maintain the lease database, and track document status.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Real Estate, Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
• 4-7 years of relevant experience with team management skills.
• Proficient in Tableau, MS Excel, and SAP real estate experience is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, organized, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Working days: Monday to Friday
• Salary: up to S$6,000
