Leasing Executive ( Real Estate )

Job Description :

- Support the Leasing Manager in formulating, developing and implementing marketing strategies for the company's portfolio of properties.

Key Responsibilities :

- Plan, establish and maintain good landlord-tenant relationships.

- Negotiable leases, Renewals and attend to tenancy-related matter

- Prepare Letters Of Intent (LOIs), review and monitors existing Tenancy Agreement to ensure compliance with contract terms.

- Maintain and update database, Tenancy schedules, Master templates of forms and contract terms.

- Retain existing tenants for portfolio of commercial and residential properties.

- Prepare and update monthly reports.

- Maintain awareness of property trends that may open up new opportunities and create competitive advantage for the company.

- Assist with feasibility studies, report findings, conclusions and recommendations.

- Conduct industry and market research.

- Keep up to date with market developments, new investment products and all other areas that can affect the real estate market example movement in market supply and demand.
