Job Title: Leasing Manager - Automotive Industry
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the leasing business, targeting both corporate and individual clients.
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to increase market share and drive revenue growth. Build and maintain relationships with dealerships, fleet management companies, and other key stakeholders to generate leads and referrals.- Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Lead the leasing sales team in prospecting, qualifying, and closing leasing deals to achieve sales targets.
Provide personalized consultation to clients, understanding their leasing needs and offering tailored solutions. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service throughout the leasing process and beyond.
- Portfolio Management: Oversee the leasing portfolio, monitoring lease expirations, renewals, and terminations to optimize portfolio performance.
Analyze lease metrics and financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and make data-driven decisions to drive profitability. Implement strategies to minimize delinquencies, mitigate credit risks, and maximize asset utilization.- Lease Structuring and Pricing: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, risk management, and legal, to structure lease agreements that meet both customer needs and company objectives.
Develop pricing models and strategies to remain competitive in the market while maximizing profitability.Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive offerings to adapt leasing strategies accordingly.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with leasing regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.
Implement risk management protocols to assess creditworthiness, mitigate credit risks, and maintain portfolio quality.Work closely with legal counsel to review lease agreements, contracts, and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.- Team Leadership and Development: Recruit, train, and mentor leasing sales staff, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in leasing, sales, or finance roles in the automotive industry.
- Proven track record of success in leasing sales, business development, and portfolio management.
Strong understanding of leasing principles, financial analysis, and risk management.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Proficiency in leasing software, CRM systems, and MS Office suite.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
