What the role is
This position is within the School of Business.
What you will be working on
Conduct lessons to pre-employment (PET) students and continuing education and training (CET) adult learners in general business, digital business transformation and HR technology areas, as well as carry out all relevant responsibilities related to the teaching role;
Design, prepare and develop teaching and learning materials (for face-to-face and online learning) in areas such as:
Digital Business Transformation
Process and Innovation in Business
HR Technology, Information Systems & Analytics
Change Management
Organisation Development
Employee Engagement and Experience
Talent Acquisition, Performance & Rewards Management
Learning and Development
Conduct, mentor and facilitate student-industry collaboration projects and competitions;
Support and advise students on student life and developmental activities, including leading students for local and overseas learning trips;
Design, develop and deliver customised workshops for industry partners;
Undertake industry projects such as organisational climate surveys, employer branding, development of OJT programmes and customisation of HR tools; and
Take on additional duties as necessary such as committee work and outreach events.
What we are looking for
A tertiary qualification in Business or related discipline;
Preferably with at least 5 years of relevant industry experience;
A strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communications skills;
Possess sound planning, organising and multi-tasking skills, with a strong sense of responsibility for completing assigned duties on time;
Proficient in using analytics software for business and HR strategies and analysis;
Have a passion for developing talents, and interest to share knowledge and interact with youths; and
Have strong industry linkages to carry out human resource and/or student related projects and research.
