Legal & Compliance Manager

Work arrangement: Remote

This is an exciting opportunity to work in the Web3 Creator economy space. You will be working closely with the CEO, COO and experienced team that have built Unicorn companies. You will be able to work remotely and have regional coverage across markets in Asia.

Requirements:

• Tertiary education, with minimum 5+ years in leadership role with a legal and compliance focus in the Web3 space.
• Strong Legal acumen with expertise in corporate, contract, intellectual property, GDPR, PDHP laws.
• You are a seasoned Project professional managing legal and regulatory projects, developing compliance frameworks and advising senior leadership on legal matters.
• Develop, implement, and monitor compliance policies, procedures, and standards to support Zoop's business goals while mitigating legal risks.
• Manage relationships with external legal advisors and coordinate responses to legal inquiries, audits, or investigations.
• Fluency in English.
