We are now looking to expand our bench with an exceptional legal professional with experience in the commodities industry.

You will need to possess:

• 5 - 12 years PQE in-house or within a law firm;
• Ability to negotiate and draft commodity sales contracts or significant experience in negotiating and drafting B2B sales contracts in the industrial / manufacturing sector;
• Ability to provide advice on commodities - related disputes, sanctions, trade finance, and geopolitical risks;
• Ability to advise on documents integral to commodities supply chain;
