Legal Counsel

Our client is a gaming company who is seeking a Legal Counsel with 7-10 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a background in private practice before transitioning to an in-house role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal advice on commercial and intellectual property matters.
• Support M&A and joint venture activities, bringing a strong understanding of relevant legal frameworks.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.

Qualifications:

• Must have solid experience in commercial and IP law.
• Experience in M&A and joint ventures is highly desirable.
