Information:
- Salary range: $8,000 - $11,000
- Working hours: Mon - Thurs: 8.30am - 6pm, Fri: 8.30am - 5.30pm
- Working location: Bukit Merah
Responsibilities:
- Provide Legal advice for Contracts and Compliance
- Protection/Management of Intellectual Property/Data
- Drafting, vetting & negotiate of various agreements including distributor agreements, bank facility and security documents, tenders, procurement contract/service agreements with suppliers, tenancy agreements.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, rules, regulations and guidelines.
- Highlight potential risks and provide recommendations to limit exposure.
- Manage disputes/litigation and administer Group's intellectual property & proprietary information.
- Drafting and review of corporate documents such as shareholder and board resolutions.
- Manage external legal counsel and administer key agreements with principals
- Develop policies and procedures to ensure compliance of the Group regulations
- Conduct training of policies and procedures for staff such as PDPA, AML, code of business conduct
- Monitor and audit compliance of policies and procedures
- Administration of the Group's intellectual property, proprietary information and personal data
Requirements:
- Degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent professional qualifications.
- At least 3 - 5 years as an in-house counsel
