About Our Client
Our client is a supply chain services provider, with a growing global footprint. Due to continuing business requirements, they are looking for a Legal Counsel for a 6 month contract to be based in Singapore to support their global business operations.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the global General Counsel, you will provide advice to support the business operations and growth while minimizing risk to the organization. This includes the drafting and negotiation of a wide range of commercial contracts and advising on compliance and regulatory matters. You will also advise on other corporate matters including but not limited to employment, data privacy and disputes when they arise.
Requirements
You are degree qualified with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience with strong experience in commercial contract drafting and negotiations. You are proactive, commercial-minded, independent and have a proven track record of partnering with and advising cross-functional stakeholders.
