A leading manufacturing firm is looking to hire a Legal Counsel. You will be responsible for the following.
- Draft, review, negotiate and advise on various contracts including customer, supplier, procurement, distributor, non-disclosure, and tenancy agreements.
- Identify, manage and mitigate risks and opportunities in business activities and commercial projects.
- Handle all data privacy related issues of the Group.
- Ensure that applicable SGX listing rules and regulations are complied with.
Qualifications
- J.D. qualified to practice law
- Lawyer with 6 years + PQE coming from Semiconductor or manufacturing industry. Have good knowledge and experience in SGX listing compliance.
