Legal Executive - Finance & Projects

Baker & McKenzie.Wong & Leow is looking for a Legal Executive to join our Finance & Projects practice group. The ideal candidate would have more than 2 years of experience in international law firm(s), with experience in representing financial institutions and corporate borrowers in both conventional and Islamic banking and finance transactions. This includes expertise in acquisition finance and project finance, covering both domestic and cross-border deals. Preferably experience in advising clients on matters related to Foreign Exchange policy.
