Job Description

• As a key member of the products legal team, you will work closely with both development and sales teams, supporting on-going regulatory and commercial projects across the APAC region.
• You will offer support to new business lines which focus on innovative technology as well as cross-border regulatory projects (commercial and concise format).
• Support ongoing growth of business units where revenue and growth are still in the double digits. This work includes complex commercial agreements, licencing, product development, product launch and new market initiatives.
• You will manage regional projects which cover a variety of senor stakeholders from key divisions, regionally and internationally.

Requirements

• 6 - 12 PQE
• Excellent education background and ideally Tier 1 law firm training
• Open to law firm candidates and In-House, but ideally with exposure to digital, payments and / or regulation led work
• Candidates with commercial experience such as technology contracts also seen as desirable
