Leveraged Finance Specialist

Our client is seeking an experienced Leveraged Finance Specialist to join their team in Singapore. In this critical role, you will be at the forefront of loan capital market opportunities across ASEAN regions.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for originating loans for large and middle market corporations, transactions would include leveraged loans, acquisition loans, project financing loans, and syndicated corporate loans.
• Oversee the entire deal execution process and provide guidance to junior members within the team.
• Direct interaction with clients and the opportunity to negotiate during term sheet drafting, as well as financing documentation reviews.

Qualifications

• 3-8 years of experience, preferably with background in Leveraged/Structured/Project Finance.
• Strong financial modelling experience
• Prior regional experience will be advantageous
