Providing excellent customer service, handling inquiries via email, phone, and in-person interactions
Responding to concerns, queries, and feedback in accordance with regulations and guidelines
Assist and furnish research and reference services to library users upon request
Maintain and manage of E-resources to ensure up-to-date and accuracy data
Process interlibrary loans and updates to ensure accurate inventory data
Provision of information assistance to meet library users requirements
Ensuring and maintaining library etiquette and ensure area is clean and organized
Performing updates and revisions in the system . Library management team include overseeing the collections, managing the acquisition of resources, managing the system to ensure data accuracy in the LMS (Library Management System), tracking the movements of library items
Monitoring and assisting with report compilation, handling unforeseen circumstances, and providing administrative support
Carry out any additional tasks that could be allocated
Job Requirements
Min Diploma or equivalent with 3 years of relevant working experience
Experience working in a law library would be an added advantage
Preferred to have Cataloguing Knowledge based on Los Angeles County Law Library Class K-Law Classification
Certifications in Library and Information Management is advantageous
Tech-savvy with good proficiency in Microsoft Office and technology tools
Meticulous with details, good communication and interpersonal skills
