Information
- Salary range: Up to $4,500
- Shift Pattern : 3 rotating shift (3 rest day every 2 weeks)
- Working hours: Morning: 7am-4pm Afternoon: 2pm -11pm Night:10.30pm-7.30am (Night- $14/night)
Responsibilities:
- Attendto customers enquiries, understand their need and complaints
- Perform breakdown support & maintenance for M&E services, plumbing & sanitary services, Aircon servicing and maintenance, ACMV systems, chillers, and electrical control
- Ensure all LEW documentations are completed and filed in accordance to regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Possess LEW certificate with EMA or valid Licensed Electrical Worker certification(Grade 7)
- Nitec in Mechanical / Electrical or related field
- Experience in Facilities Management will be an added advantage
