To process new and renewal licence applications within the mandated service turnaround KPIs
To ensure that only applicants, who fulfil the relevant criteria, are considered for licences
To approve employees of applicants, who fulfil the relevant criteria
To liaise and work with other stakeholders and regulatory bodies
To possess sound knowledge of SOPs, legislation and guidelines relevant to the respective licensing regimes
To keep updated of any changes to SOPs, legislation and guidelines to ensure that no licence applications are wrongly approved or rejected.
To manage customers queries and feedback.
To scrutinise the results of the various screening records in deciding on the recommendations on whether to approve or reject the licence applications.
To analyse the applications and documents submitted to make recommendations to the relevant supervisor to approve or reject the licence applications
Any other ad hoc duties assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum O Level certificate in Singapore
Be physically and mentally fit
Possess at least two (2) years of working experience in administrative work
Basic IT skills, including experience with operating, software applications and email management
