What are we looking for
LOréal International Distribution (LID) is a new Go-To-Market, multi-brand structure, which will mainly work regional or national distributors and, in specific cases, directly with certain regional retailers or directly via e-commerce (multi country sites). We are looking for a Retail Design Manager to join our team! You will:
Work on a scope of 13 Brands across 10 Markets in South Asia and Indian Sub-Continent
Work in a multi-division environment (Luxury and consumer products)
Cooperates with 360° internal & external stakeholders to guarantee consistent retail experience (International Marketing Directions, Local Teams)
Create, adapt, implement global brand guidelines into local market counters from Drugstore to Free standing stores.
Adapts the retail concept according to the market, the brand, the distribution channel or customer profile specificities.
Creates and designs visual concept to animate in a consistent customer path, launches and catalogue
Lead best practices with distribution partners about staging and implementations
Ensures technical and legal compliance regarding the production.
Defines & ensures high quality standards in line with each brand DNA.
Pilots & Monitors RDs efficiency in line with timelines and budget
You have ...
Between 2-7 years of experience in Retail Design/Architecture is a must
Strong background in design, store roll-out project management
Technical know-how on execution
Comfortable on fast-paced multi-tasking environment
Passion and ability to seek for new retail opportunities and execute within the brands DNA.
Energy, drive and initiative to deliver within tight timelines
Working experience with retailers and with luxury brands
Experience and knowledge on Southeast Asia Pacific markets, beauty preferred
