Job Description:
Support day to day operation and provide disposition for non-conforming lots.
Work with Process Engineer to review and analyze process performance and provide Continuous Improvement Projects to meet both internal and Customer requirements.
To support enhancement of process capability for new product qualification from pre-assembly build to full production mode for all packages requiring iBGA flow.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Engineering
