Perform Assessment and remediation of vulnerabilities related to Windows and Linux OS, Hypervisors, Web Servers and OpenSSL.
Assessment would be based on vulnerabilities identified by Security Team, Product Vendors, or fellow security vulnerabilities providers.
Engineer to work with various party such as vendor to provide the remediation and/or workaround solutions to remediate the vulnerabilities.
Engineer to perform coordination work with various parties such as actual users, business units, vendors to perform the change such as security fixes or server patching.
Engineer is expected to work non-office hours to plan and perform the security fixes, or server patching.
Engineer is expected to provide after office hours support for remediation and server patching and issues arising from system patch updates and security vulnerabilities fixes.
Works closely with Internal Security Team to perform vulnerability scanning for pre and post.
Minimum 3 years of experience in managing Windows or Unix and Linux Server platform in skills listed below:
Windows, Linux OS (RedHat, Oracle, other Linux variations)
Administering and supporting virtualization infrastructure
Well versed in Windows Server Update Service(WSUS), yum repositories configuration and management.
