Responsibilities:

Support and manage banking infrastructure by ensuring optimal performance, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining server stability.

• Monitor Linux, Windows, AIX servers, ensuring uptime via automated and manual checks.
• Perform timely server hardware maintenance, upgrades, and configurations as needed.
• Manage incident and change processes to ensure smooth infrastructure operations.
• Document procedures, configurations, and updates to streamline troubleshooting efforts.
• Provide 24/7 support for critical infrastructure operations, resolving urgent issues.

We are looking for a proactive individual with a solid track record in infrastructure support within the banking sector.

Skills/Requirement:

• Minimum 5 years in banking infrastructure support, particularly Linux and Windows systems.
• Hands-on experience with VMware ESX, server maintenance, and configurations.
• Strong organizational, time management, and incident management capabilities.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to provide on-call support beyond business hours as needed.
