Job Description:
The Live Streamer will be responsible for hosting engaging live streaming sessions on TikTok and Facebook, aimed at building a strong connection with audience and promoting products & services. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of TikTok and Facebook's platform, trends, and live streaming dynamics. Possess great passion for live streaming and content creation and aim to build a profitable career in the new digital retail era.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular live streaming to promote and sell products and services through sharing, presenting, demonstrating and engaging with viewers.
Plan, structure, schedule, setup & market regular live streams.- Develop creative ideas, promotion mechanics, marketing campaign and sales strategy for live streams that align with the objective, products or services and audience interests.
Create an interactive and welcoming environment during live stream by Interacting with viewers, responding to comments and questions, encourage viewer user testimony etc.
- Carry out good quality live streaming by ensuring all aspects are functioning well. This includes the technical: camera setup, lighting, and sound quality; the contents, presentation and presenter.
Monitor live stream performance metrics and make necessary improvement.- Open to work with other live streamer, vendor and team member to co-host streaming session or participate in collaborative content.
Develop interesting, relevant and engaging contents for regular channel posting.
- Stay updated with the latest TikTok and Facebook trends and best practices to keep content fresh and relevant.
Support end to end operation and order fulfilment.- Attend and respond to customer inquiries.
Involve in the management of TikTok Shop.
Requirement:
- Proven experience as a live streamer or content creator on TikTok and Facebook or other relevant social media platforms. A strong understanding of TikToks and Facebook's features, content trend and best practices is preferred.
A genuine passion for live streaming, content creation and social commerce, with an enthusiasm for engaging with a diverse audience.- Natural, pleasant and confident on-camera presence.
Eloquent and able to present any products.
- Love to present, review and promote products and services.
Converse in English and Chinese.- Sales and target oriented.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated, hardworking, able to work independently as well as in a team.
Creative thinking and the ability to generate engaging content ideas that resonate with viewer and followers.- Basic technical skills related to live streaming - camera setup, lighting, sound quality, visual merchandising, product presentation etc.
Flexibility and willingness to work during peak hours, including evenings, nights, weekends, public holidays and occasional overtime, to accommodate live streaming schedules.
Good to have:
- Strong passion in Kids related products.
Experience in social media management or content creation.- Familiarity with photo and video editing software.

Remuneration:
- Basic Salary or commission, whichever is higher, no limit.

Work at Enterprise One at Kaki Bukit and any other productive area.
