Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a positive customer experience with friendly and courteous service.
- Handle reservations and general inquiries via phone.
- Greet and guide guests to their reserved tables.
- Take and serve food and beverage orders promptly and accurately.
- Input orders into the POS system.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in service areas.
- Work independently to uphold quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Present a neat and professional appearance.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Comfortable handling alcoholic beverages in a nightlife environment.
Qualifications and Attributes:
- Experience in F&B service is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to different situations.
- Comfortable with night shifts and handling alcohol.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Working Conditions:
- Night shifts in a lively nightlife setting.
- Requires standing and moving for extended periods.
Working Hours:
- 6-day work week, 6:30 pm to 3:30 am
