The Livestream Admin and Support is a sales and marketing role, backed by technical and operational knowledge. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations of livestream sessions from pre- to post-, as well as taking care of studio operations. You bank on supporting both hosts and the audience during livestreams, adjusting strategies in real-time to maximise viewer engagement. In your day-to-day, you will be working with Marketing and Operations teams, as well as external hosts, in a fixed routine.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, strong organisational and multitasking abilities, who has an interest in live commerce, customer service and fashion.
Note: The working hours may vary outside of the standard 9am-6pm, depending on livestream schedules.
Responsibilities
Pre-Livestream Preparation
Confirm the live lineup and ensure all scheduled segments are ready.
Coordinate with the Marketing and Operations teams for product withdrawals from the warehouse.
Set up the physical and technical spaces for the session, eg. clothing racks, online live rooms, green screens and products.
During the Livestream
Provide real-time support by monitoring comments across accounts and product management.
Assist hosts with any immediate needs, including shouting out sales promos and brand messages.
Ensure a seamless streaming experience by troubleshooting any technical issues that may arise and liaising with the relevant teams as needed.
Post-Livestream Tasks
Pack up and organise all materials and equipment used.
Manage the studio, ensuring that common spaces are cleared and products used are stored away neatly.
Other backend or technical support:
Supervise ad-hoc teams in unpacking, hanging, steaming, folding and labelling of products.
A thorough understanding of all the operation flows and systems at Young Hungry Free, including the TikTok Shop platform.
Any other related ad-hoc tasks, such as but not limited to, data entry, stock take, packing and moving of goods.
Qualifications
Ability to pick up a strong grasp on product knowledge in short periods of time.
Outspoken, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language.
Able to establish good rapport with current and potential customers.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
A team player, creative, efficient and honest.
The ideal candidate will thrive in routine work, is creative, innovative and resourceful.
Prior experience in a sales, livestream or broadcast support role is a bonus.
