Morgan McKinley is seeking a Loan Admin Specialist for a 1-year contract employment with our client in the digital bank/corporate banking industry.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing for related projects.
- Manage the creation of records and system updates within Bank's operating systems concerning Secured Loans.
- Ensure that conditions of approvals, loan documentation comply with terms of approval prior to implementation/disbursement of facilities.
- Adhere to documented procedures, control guidelines, policy, and compliance framework.
- Liaising with external parties including Solicitor, Valuer and Insurers in relation to mortgage lending.
- Maintain accurate credit documentation and transaction records.
- Monitoring and tracking of Conditions (Pre and Post).
- Ensure Conditions Precedent and Conditions Subsequent is satisfied.
- Follow up with any outstanding documents and ensure the all received documents are complete and in proper order.
- Ensure the safekeeping of original documents received.
- Any ad-hoc tasks assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree Banking & Finance or equivalent
- Preferably with at least 3-4 years of experience in Loan Operations and Credit Administration.
- Experience with secured and unsecured lending, collateral management. Self-motivated and proactive team player with strong sense of ownership.
- Good analytical skills to solve issues and attention to details
- Familiarity with mortgage lending or commercial lending practices is an advantage
