Our client is one of the largest financial services companies in the world, and they are currently looking for a Loan Agency Officer to join their team.
Your new role
Oversee all mid-office lending activities for complex/non-standard domestic and international bilateral and syndicated credit facilities.
Determine, register, and monitor transactions, including acting as an agent when required, utilizing applicable risk monitoring and reporting systems.
Conduct checks on drawdown and payment requests, monitor credit limits, outstanding balances, and availability under credit agreements.
What you'll need to succeed
Possess 2-5 years of experience in a comparable role within Loan Agency, demonstrating a thorough understanding of the Agent's role and the Syndicated Loan Market.
Demonstrate a proven ability to comprehend and interpret credit agreements effectively.
Exhibit a working proficiency with LoanIQ
