Position Title: Credit Officer/ Loan Officer
- Working Location: Chinatown
Working Hours:
- 5 days (Weekdays - 11 am to 7 pm; Weekend 12 pm 6 pm)
- Salary Package: Basic + Commission
Duration: Permanent Role
Assist walk-in applicants with loan applications, collaborate with business partners, and utilize external resources for referrals.- Evaluate loan applicant eligibility and creditworthiness before proceeding with approvals.
Efficiently process transactions such as loan drawdowns, rollovers, rate fixings, billings, repayments, and fee collections.
- Support remittance and deposit placement activities.
Conduct AML screenings and manage pre and post-transaction handling.- Respond promptly and accurately to queries from internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all loan files.
- Perform daily reconciliations, audit confirmations, and compile management and regulatory reports.
Execute additional duties as required.
Diploma/Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.- Minimum of 2 years experience in Loan Operations or Credit Administration.
Solid understanding of financial regulations, industry guidelines, and best practices.
