Loan & Remittance Operations Executive

Our Client:

Our client is one of the top Japanese Banks. They are actively looking for a Loan & Remittance Operations Executive to join their team in Singapore. Proficiency in Japanese language to smoothly and effectively communicate with Japanese Native Customers.

The Responsibilities:

• Back office general operations, settlement, input vouchers for loans, securities, money market transactions
• Operation of accounting system and settlement system (SWIFT)
• Check the daily bank statement and maintain adequate account balance
• Monitor fund transfers (inward and outward remittance), customer's accounts
• Support in human resource, accounting, and administrative function
• Any other duties to be assigned by the Head of department/ Deputy General Manager/ General Manager

The Requirements:

• Proficiency in Japanese language to smoothly and effectively communicate with Japanese Native Customers
• Bachelor's degree with 3 - 5 years of working experience in a bank
• Self-motivated individual with the ability to multitask
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Accounting Systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
