Some of the key responsibilities Include:
To be involved the whole lifecycle of the Loan process.
Perform daily operations on loan Operation and Credit Admin including to ensure completeness of legal and loan documents and liaise with external parties in relation to mortgage lending.
Work closely with various stakeholders to improve the system for Loan Operation and Credit Admin Processes for secured and unsecured lending and collateral management.
Be involved in other Operation related BAUs such as treasury, payments, etc when needed.
To be eligible for this role you will require;
Bachelors degree from a recognised institute.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Loan Operations and Credit Admin with experience in commercial lending is essential.
Experience in automated online payment services will be a plus.
Fluency in English and Mandarin to be able to liaise with stakeholders in China.
